Every system we specify meets two tests: does it perform reliably over the long term, and does it integrate cleanly with everything else in the home? Brand recognition matters less than how well a system disappears into the architecture.
We work with a focused set of partners, know them well, and know what they are — and are not — suited for. We don't install the same system in every home. The right selection depends on the architecture, the homeowner's preferences, and what the project actually needs to do.
Control & Automation
The control layer that ties every other system together. Control4 is often our primary lifestyle-facing orchestration choice when the brief fits; we also work with Crestron and Savant when scope, architecture, or service model demands another platform.
Lighting & Shading
The industry standard for precision lighting control and motorized shading. Integrated across all our projects — reliable, programmable to the detail, and consistent over the long term.
Audio & Video
Distributed audio that moves naturally through the home — from ambient background sound to a room built entirely around listening. Each specification is matched to the space and how it will actually be used.
Network, Security & Infrastructure
Ubiquiti UniFi is our default estate backbone — switching, Wi‑Fi, and site topology — and often the same stack for video and access (e.g. UniFi Protect) where the residence benefits from one coherent, serviceable plane. Every system depends on that foundation staying invisible.
